  • Cancellations: We can attempt to cancel an order before shipment. Once dispatched, the order can only be returned per our Return Policy.

  • Address changes: Please double-check details at checkout. Packages cannot be rerouted once dispatched.

  • Taxes, shipping, and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or on delivery.

🚚 Shipping

  • Options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your destination.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships (please allow up to 48 hours to activate).

  • P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Available for many items but subject to carrier restrictions.

  • Risk of loss: Transfers to you once the package has been handed to the carrier.

  • During peak seasons or severe weather, transit times may be longer.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery for unworn/unused items in original packaging with tags.

  • Start a return: Email Fresia-Caban@hotmail.com with your order number and reason (include photos if damaged).

  • Non-returnable items: Customized jewelry, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive products.

  • Exchanges: Please return the item for a refund/credit and place a new order for the replacement.

  • EU customers: You may have additional rights under the 14-day cooling-off period.

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined unless specified.

  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
